AI Tools for Sales Efficiency
This is what people think I do as an AI and Automation Specialist.
Okay, I lied. They probably think I sit behind the computer all day using sales and marketing tools like HubSpot. By the way, you'd be crazy not to use their free CRM—I would totally pay for this. But what’s been a massive game changer is the introduction of new AI tools.
It's called ChatSpot, and the reason why this is game-changing is because it has access to unique data, such as your CRM. This means ChatSpot automatically has access to your contacts, prospects, and deals, which means you can get ChatSpot to do all the things you used to do manually.
This is inside ChatSpot, and it kind of looks like ChatGPT. But the really cool thing is that it already has prompt templates for you. Did I mention it’s free?
For example, today I had to do some prospecting, and I was looking for all the businesses located in Sydney that use HubSpot as their technology stack. ChatSpot automatically found 667 companies that use HubSpot and displayed all their details right in front of me!
Here’s what ChatSpot provided:

I want to reach out to these companies. But before I do that, I’m going to click on "Research" because everybody knows that when you reach out cold, you need some good talking points. HubSpot automatically provides valuable insights like:
- What the company does
- Their industries
- Their social media activity
- Their locations
- Entire technology stack
Another really cool thing is that you don’t need to go into your HubSpot CRM to do things—ChatSpot can do it for you.
For example, if you wanted to:
- Add a new contact: Just type it in, send the prompt, and ChatSpot will automatically enter it into your CRM.
- View contact details: You can view it in HubSpot or add a note or task.
- Pull up review notes: You can instantly access review notes, as well as the related links, all in ChatSpot.
You can also generate reports. For instance, I checked out all the deals that were won within the last 10 days, and HubSpot generated a comprehensive summary based on that.
Thanks to ChatSpot, all my work today was done in 2 hours instead of 8!
Now, I’m heading to Crown Spa for some relaxation time. Everything looks so luxe, and they’ve seriously thought about everything.
Here’s how my spa day went:
- Got changed into a robe and had a facial (it almost sent me to sleep, it was so relaxing).
- Enjoyed some soothing tea, chocolate, and more snacks.
- Spent some alone time in the spa.
After relaxing, I got ready and went to Epicurean for lunch. The food selection was overwhelming, so I tried a little bit of everything until I was stuffed!
And of course, I saved room for dessert—because I have a second stomach for that!
